How it all

Started

I realised I had to make a change.

How I went from a continuous burnout to running a business I love and helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs like You do the same.

My path into branding wasn’t traditional. I fell into it out of necessity. After suffering from a continuous burn out of trying to chase and grab any project that comes my way for the first 5 years of running my studio, I was forced to take a hard look at the way the studio was run and its brand as a whole.

I gained a sense of

Clarity

And it made me re-evaluate my life.

I realized the model of the studio was a race to the bottom and it was just a matter of time for me to quit and find a job. Just as I was about to give up, I discovered Chris Do and Jose Cabeller from the Skool now the futur talk about Core Strategy Framework and also recommended the book The Brand Gap from Marty Neumeier then everything changed.

My curiosity sparked an obsession with brand strategy, leading me on a journey of discovery and exploration. I passionately consumed every bit of knowledge that crossed my path as I sought to understand the intricacies behind crafting effective brands.

I had a lightbulb

Moment

And I knew exactly what I had to do.

This insight caused me to rethink, get clarity of my brand, reposition and rebrand the studio. The strategy worked, and within a year the agency turned the corner and rocketed into growth mode. And in 2018 I launched Lens of Kwame as a brand strategy and business consultancy in addition to my branding & web design agency to focus exclusively on what I now do today: helping purpose driven entrepreneurs build brands and businesses they love and deserve.

Inspire Positivity: There is enough negativity in the world than for us to be against ourselves too. You don’t always have to have a smile on your face, but you do need the spirit and energy of “we’re in this together and moving stuff forward”.

To Inform: “lack of knowledge my people perish” I believe knowledge is the key to success. The more I know the more I’m prepared for. Rules enable one to follow and knowledge enables one to lead.

To Support: We rise by lifting others . This is the only way to succeed; help others to win and you will win. As we encourage another, or celebrate their success, we are sending the same message to ourselves.

To Guide: “Success leaves clues” Your chances of success in life and in business can be amplified by having the right coach. Having someone who practically guides you and shares your worries with you — keeps you reassured that you’ll be successful.
